Antique ENGLISH ANCHOR LAMP, Brass Ship Lantern 's a large English antique anchor lamp. It's handmade by experienced craftsmen of the finest quality brass available and hand lacquered to retain its beautiful finish and requires no polishing. It's very heavy with solid brass and very thick glass in excellent condition. It may be used as a table lamp or swag. The lamp assembly is by Sherwoods Ltd., Birmingham, England, and the burner section is a "British Starhinge Burner". A removable oil reservoir can be used with kerosene or oil.
