ANTIQUE ENGLISH SILVER BUTTERFLY WING KINGFISHER PIN NR A terrific antique English, solid sterling silver bar pin; beautifully made, and set with a glass cabochon retaining a lustrous butterfly wing-backed image of a kingfisher. Lovely - so pretty, immensely wearable! CONDITION : All original and very good. Slightest signs of wear, no damage. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Around 1920. Stamped 'Silver' with patent number. DIMENSIONS : 2 ½ inches long, head 17 x 13 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter. WEIGHT : Approx. 4.3 grams. our other auctions.
