Antique Etched Glass Gone with the Wind Oil Lamp Offered is an antique oil lamp with a large etched glass globe and glass chimney. I believe this type of lamp is referred to as Gone with the Wind style. It measures 13 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" wide. The glass chimney is clear crystal glass with a ruffled top edge rim. The base or font is clear glass with a rayed base and banded body. The font has a side fill opening with brass screw cap. The burner is ornate with a ring inside with screw to hold the chimney in place. It also has a fitter ring to hold the etched glass globe in place. The shade rim is broken or split on one spot near the arm w it screws in. The globe still sits securely. The glass globe is crystal with a frosted bottom and top, the center hsow a flower spray cut or etched design. This is a beautiful old lamp and probably originally sat in a wall bracket.
