Vintage Industrial Factory Cart Coffe Table Factory Original Refinsihed in the "Real & Rustic" style. This unique piece of history is actually a quite rare brand of factory cart, Manufactured by the Chas. F. Francis Co of Rushville Indiana, it is part of a batch that was private labeled for the Hoosier Fence Co. of Indianapolis Indiana. They even cast the customers name into one of the cast iron stake pockets, as well as the side lettering, which is faintly visible now. In the early part of the century these carts were used to move furniture parts around the factory floor, or transfer goods on and off railroad cars that criss crossed the continent. You can almost feel the history as you rub your hand across the well worn top. Also unique about this cart design is that unlike the Lineberry & Nutting brands which tip from end to end, this cart has a end to end tilt of about a 1/4" which is easily corrected with small furniture pads. So the need for any "leveling" is eliminated. The Cart pictured is the exact cart you will recieve, we don't use any "Stock photos" This cart has a small chip on one of the center wheels, almost a testimate to its rugged past.
