I believe this lamp to be a hybrid Faries Guardsman. The top screw is a Guardsman, the top canopy is a Guardsman style (not the same as my other traditional Guardsmans), and the stem is average Faries lamp with a turn knob. Looks to have been rewired within last 20-30 years. Original Faries copper/oil rubbed bronze paint finish.
