This is another of those items that need to find a new home in my quest to clear out things fast as well as many other antique framed art in the weeks to come that I have not enough space for. This lamp belonged to my aunt who now would be about 110 years old and only ever bought the best! It has been sitting in my bedroom for many years, but I wanted a pair of matching lamps and I now no longer have any place to put this one, so it needs to find a Fenton lover out t somew to love it. From what I understand, Fenton made the Honeysuckle Opalescent Coin Dot Lamp in 1948-49, so I am assuming that is the age of this piece. Works well as you can see by the second photo. The glass portions are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Top globe measures about 7" high, 6 3/4" w it tapers in at base, widens to about 8" and top opening is 6" w flared out. Chimney is 8 3/4" high and bottom glass is about 3 1/2" wide at widest and 3 1/2" tall. Overall height is about 18". Base does show quite a bit of rust with original bottom felt still t, but rusted through. T is also some rust on upper metal portions as well, but base is the worst. Possibly may be polished off or metal parts replaced, but I will leave that to new buyer. The rusty spots never botd me as the glass is the eye catching part of lamp. Cord seems to be in good shape, read more
