*ALCOTT ANTIQUES* C1920-40 FIGURAL SCOTTIE DOG HOOKED RUG. Me asures 31 " x 19.5". Here is a n adorable hand hooked Scottie Dog Hooked r ug made with wool fab ric strips on burl ap. It has whimsical variegations giving the rug a sense of m ov em ent! The scalloped center is a deep rose/cranberry and the dog is black with red coll ar and eye with a few fanciful navy blues and olive drab! The border has dif fer ent shade s of green with sweet circul ar floral b unches in each corner. Condition is good wit h the exception of the edge and one co rner in particular as shown in detailed photos. Found in Maine. Offered with no reserve and a starting bid of only $38.
