This is a beautiful and early 19th century antique flow blue covered dish / container with a handled top. The base is partitioned so it may in fact have been an early Victorian soap holder and the pattern is lovely as you can see. I've provided pictures of it from all angles and they are pretty true to life. T are no chips, no cracks, no damage. In a couple of spots on the edge the blue decoration is wearing but the porcelain is undamaged. A wonderful treasure, this is a rare HTF item and would make a great gift, or addition to your vanity table - or dining room table, I have used it to hold a selection of teas, it could also be used to hold sugar packets. Measurements are approximately 9 inches by 3 1/2 inches, and it's about 3 inches tall at the handle. I will miss these but everything must go.
