You are bidding on a lovely Flow Blue 15-Panel Waste Bowl in the Cashmere pattern. It is about 6" in diameter at the top and stands about 3-1/2" tall. It is in very good condition. There are a few very small imperfections, some of which may be manufacturing related. These are about 1/32". There is a barely discernable crack or scratch in a dark blue area inside at the top (about an inch long). From my experience, this also appears to be a slight manufacturing defect as it feels glazed over. The white spots in the photos are reflections of the flash. It is marked, with "PATENT" at the top of the mark and "CASHMERE" at the bottom. The "Cashmere" pattern was produced by Ridgway and Morley from around 1842 to 1845, and F Morley & Co, a successor company to Ridgway and Morley circa 1845 to circa 1848. The Cashmere pattern is especially sought after by Flow Blue collectors, because of the limited period that it was manufactured. The "business" portion: I prefer Paypal.
