Antique Folk Tramp Art Picture Frame German Sampler WOW Description I acquired an exceptional collection of antique picture frames at an estate sale recently. Check back over the next few days and see the awesome collection! Always happy to combine shipping. This is one of the nicest wood frames I have seen in a long time featuring tramp art and black velvet! Measures 16.25" by 20" and holds a 12" by 16" picture or photo. Comes with glass and hook for hanging. Not only is the frame extraordinary, but the included paper punch German sampler is superb! Features bead work, gold thread, fabric, and what looks like pipe cleaners! I wish I could translate German. Help someone! Great estate find! And the back has a raised wood backing with tape and unusual paper strips in German. I believe this to be from the 1800's. Notice the corners are mitered. Offered at no reserve.
