Antique Stoneware 3 Gallon Crock Cobalt Blue Decoration, Fort Edwards Stoneware Co., Fort Edwards, NY. Beautiful example of 19th century stoneware, this 3 gallon crock has the Fort Edwards Stoneware Co. marking and was made in Fort Edwards, NY between 1875 and 1882. It has an elaborate cobalt blue slip floral decoration on the front and Ear handles on either side. Crock measures 13" tall by 9 1/2" across by 6 3/4" in diameter on the top with a 5" opening . There is a hole drilled all the way through on the bottom at the back and that is the only imperfection that I can find.
