Hello again Ebayers! And welcome to THIS weeks offerings, culled from garage and estate sales, auctions and the occasional dumpster. I bought a bunch of cra,..uh, ..great antiques and collectables at a great "digger" estate sale, and I'm trying not to leave this stuff laying around, so I'm going to try to list everything I can. Let's get started! This item is a BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE GOLD-PLATED FRENCH GLASS ART NOUVEAU PERFUME ATOMIZER. The atomizer measures just over 7" tall to the top of it's rubber bulb receptacle, which has rotted away with age. You can easily replace it with new reproduction bulb, availible on Ebay, at least for awhile. The metal band is stamped "Made In France", with what looks like the letters "R" and "L" inside the loops of a larger "B". The beautiful floral design at the bottom of the bottle has been etched and colored. Check out the pix! Any questions? Ask em! Oh, just one thing before you bid: I have pared my bidding restrictions down to ONE lousy rule: Money Orders or cashiers checks ONLY! NO *&^#@% PAYPAL OR PERSONAL CHECKS-PERIOD! T's literally MILLIONS of places to get money orders including post offices, banks, bodegas, stationery stores, Piggly-Wigglys, WalMarts, K-Marts and thousands of other places. Hell, I got one from a Hess gas station last week! If you have a problem with this, then move on! T's plenty of other crap on Ebay you can buy sitting on your ass from idiots who take PayPal. And I don't NOT take personal checks because I don't trust you or your impeccable feedback. It's because I'm too busy in my life to keep checking with my bank to see if your check has cleared yet. I work a REAL job about 50 hours a week, and I try to have some social life, too! And DON'T email me asking "Gee, I'm just curious! How come you DON'T take PayPal?" If you really want to know, try Googling "paypal sucks", and read some of the THOUSANDS of PayPal horror stories! And 's this weeks joke: A stranger was seated next to a little 5th grade girl on the airplanewhen the stranger turned to her and said, 'Let's talk.' 'I've heard thatflights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellowpassenger.' The little girl, who had just opened her book, closed it slowly andsaid to the stranger, 'What would you like to talk about?' 'Oh, I don't know', said the stranger. 'How about nuclear power?' 'OK'. she said. 'That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask youa question first:.... 'A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat grass, the samestuff. The stranger thinks about it and says, 'Hmmm, I have no idea.' To which the little girl replies: 'Do you really feel qualified todiscuss nuclear power when you don't know sh**?' And speaking of not knowing sh**, did you know the current CEO of Ebay has vowed to remove the "flea market atmosp" on Ebay? If you're looking at my listings, you WANT the "flea market atmosp" on Ebay! You WANT to be able to find the passenger side taillight for a 1965 Ford Fairlane you're restoring. You LIKE finding the toy that made you happy as a child. You NEED to find an ugly turtle pin brooch for your mother-in-law's birthday, because she collects all things turtle, and you want to stay married to her daughter. Did you know that Ebay is also doing everything they can to FORCE all sellers to accept PayPal? I know, you BUYERS love PayPal because it's easy. Let me tell you a few things about PayPal: Besides the ridiculously high rates they charge sellers, they also can now hold up payments to honest sellers for up to 21 days.
