ANTIQUE FRENCH COMTOISE CLOCK - FREE SHIPPING Antique French comtoise clock. This clock chimes beautifully on the half and whole hour. The lovely item is from about 1960. The top of the clock (in which the hourwork/clockwork is)has an unique shape which makes this clock very unique/rare, . You do not see something like this often. The clock has very nice details which makes the clock richly decorated. It is a very nice and big model of about 95 x 30 cm (H x W) 37 1/2 x 12 inch (H x W) The comtoise clock has a very nice pendulum which is called a flower pendulum. The pendulum is very nicely decorated. This clock is weight driven by two black and massive weights. The timepiece of this clock is very clean and works perfectly. This clock is 100% orignal and works perfectly. It also has its original key to wind it up. It has a movement of 7 days. The dial is signed by Louis Jaquine St. Etienne This clock is a jewel on the wall. This clock was checked and oiled, done by a professional clockmaker.
