We are pleased to offer this exceptional antique bouillotte chandelier. The fixture is French Gothic in design and features a stunning combination of brass and iron. The chandelier has 6 arms/lights that attach to a center brass downrod which runs down the entire length of the fixture. The bouillotte shade is incredible. The circular shade is divided into 6 panels. Each panel is designed to look lika a section of an old iron fence or gate. The iron is beautifully scrolled with a center shield or crest as the focal feature. The iron on the top and bottom sections of the chandelier is wider that the fixture and is curved at the ends. The fixture retains its original, ornate iron ceiling attachment canopy/cover. It is heavy and still has the old blue union sticker attached. This is a beautiful chandelier with exquisite details. It is in very good condition with some minor aged patina to the iron and the brass. The wiring is vintage but in good condition. The chandelier measures 18" in height and 21" in diameter. There are approximately 12" of chain and wire also included with the canopy. Each ornate panel measures 6" tall and 8" wide. Shipping via UPS. Paypal accepted. Thanks!
