MEASUREMENTS: 14"L X 3 1/4"WLovely circa 1920 garter. Machine made Chantilly lace attached to silk ruched elastic. The rosettes seem to be made of satin as they are a bit thicker than fine silk ribbonwork. The black silk ribbon is hand stitched.
