One of the earliest and rarest of the Oswald Rolling Eye Clocks. Black Forest region carved wood clock. Prewar late 1920s early 1930s. One eye is the hours and one the minutes. This gives the fun effect of looking right, then cross eyed, then wall eyed, the left as the eyes turn at different speeds. About 4.5 inches tall. Fine example of the early carved wood before they moved to composition.
