2 Frozen Charlotte and Charlie Dolls Here is a cute pair of frozen bisque dolls. Both dolls are very dressed up and have great color despite the wearing of it. Charlotte has a flapper hat and large bow while Charlie is wearing a vest and carrying a cane. Both are marked made in Japan. Charlotte also has the number 121 while Charlie has the number 122. Charlotte has a strange flaw in one of her shoes.
