Antique general store tin from the 1920s for Hoyt's But-A-Kiss peanut butter candies. These candies were made in Amesbury, MA and shipped to general stores all over in these tins, which were used as a store display. The tin measures 23.5" tall and about 12" in diameter. It has two handles, one on each side. More information about the tin can be found in an article in New Hampshire magazine by following this link: /November-2013/Hoyts-But-A-Kiss-Candy-Tin-Appraisal/ That tin was appraised at $125 without a lid, which is why I have priced mine slightly higher. Condition of the tin is a shown in photos. Scratches and wear in the graphics as well as some rust spots. There is one very small hole on the rim of the lid (about 1/16" x 1/4"). The lid has some dents, as does the rim of the tin. The inside is rusty. Please take a look at the photos and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!!!
