TRAVEL CASE This auction is for a lovely quality Gentlemens Travel case made by the famous surgical instrument maker A AUBRY of Paris. The fold out case is gold tooled leather and bears the makers name and address inside. Appears to date c1890. A very nice size it measures 6 inches by 3.5 inches by 1.5 inches thick when closed. Silk and velvet lined. The catch/lock works well. Inside is not complete but t is , 1 pair of heavy clipers marked AUBRY PARIS, 6 ivory handles tools all marked AUBRY, and 2 pairs of steel scissors, 19thc unmarked, 1 later pair of tweezers. T is an old pen barrel inside as well, I have left all as found. Condition of the case is very good, leather is perfect, the silk has a tiny bit of wear and 1 early elastic holder is torn. Listed with no reserve and a low start price. I do not end my auctions early so please do not email me to ask me to do so. Thank you. Please do not ask me to reveal reserve prices.
