Here's an Antique pair of Solid Silver George III sugar tongs fully hallmarked for George Wintle, London, George III duty head. There is no date mark, but the George Wintle makers mark is the first of his, and was registered in 1787. His second mark was registered in 1791, so this dates the tongs to the late 1780's. They measure approx. 6" long , weigh 33g , and are in great condition with little wear. They are engraved "S" . Postage is first class recorded and I will always combine.
