Stunning Chinese Black Lacquer Tea Caddy with gilt over painted decoration . Really stunning loverly condition No idea of age, but old! The paint/lacquer work is in excellent condition, no rubbing of gilding, all panels are clear and fresh considering the caddy's age. Inner ( assumed pewter) canisters are in excellent condition. A loverly item. The Tea Caddy Measures:- 9.5" inches wide X 7" inches deep X 5.5" inches high. Further, via email, photographs are available on request.
