LOVELY GEORGIAN REGENCY STYLE MAHOGANY PEDESTAL / KNEEHOLE DESK WITH GREEN LEATHER AND GOLD TOOLED LEATHER INSERT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION This is a lovely Georgian style mahogany pedestal desk in wonderful condition and with a lovely green and gold tooled leather insert. It has 4 drawers in the left pedestal, three in the right with one being a double height filing drawer and a centre drawer all with original swan necked handles. This desk can stand in the centre of a room as well as against a wall as it has been finished at the back and the sides with shaped decoration. The whole desk stands on an ornate shaped plinth. This desk splits into 3 sections for ease of movement and is in excellent / very condition both the wood and leather. It does have a few bumps and scratches which is consistent with age but these are not bad. 31 ins Fall 5 Foot Wide 24 ins Deep Knee hole = 24 ins tall x 29 ins wide Drawers measure the top two - 4ins tall x 13.5 ins wide, middle long one - 28.5 ins long The three on the right hand side measure 13.5 ins wide x 5 ins / 5.25 ins and 5.5 ins tall. The two on the left hand side measure 4 ins tall x 5ins / 11 ins tall.
