This is a wonderful antique German bisque head doll known as "American Schoolboy" . He measures approx. 14 1/2" tall. Beautiful bisque head with molded hair. Closed mouth. Original blown brown glass set eyes. His clothing is tightly on him, so not easily removed so I could not remove it to take pictures of body. From my inspection, body is a wonderful cloth body firmly stuffed with wonderful bisque hands (one finger is chipped off). He is dressed superbly! Red wool pants and jacket and lacy white antique blouse. Antique red shoes, one is missing toe decoration. Displays beautifully! No damage to note on bisque head. Offered with no reserve, so have fun bidding on her! If I am over 2.00 of the actual shipping cost, I will refund the difference. I normally offer both priority and parcel post shipping. Shipping Time: I ship within 3 days of receiving Paypal payment or a MO. Do not fault me for shipping times that are outside of my control. Returns: If the item you received was not described accurately, please do let me know. I do my best in my listings to describe the items and supply pictures, but sometimes I may miss something. If item was not as described and this would affect the value of the item, it is returnable for a refund less shipping costs. I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Antique dolls are fragile and I prefer to not have them going back and forth in the mail any more than necessary. Feedback: I work very hard to ensure that I receive positive feedback and high DSR's from my buyers. PLEASE do not leave me a negative or neutral without contacting me to try to resolve whatever issue you may have. My goal is to receive and maintain the highest detailed seller ratings (5 on the DSR scale) . Since actual shipping cost and time is outside of my control I expect to receive 5's on these items and strive to receive 5's on the remaining criteria. I am glad to leave my buyers positive feedback once they notify me that the item has arrived. My general layaway terms : Please contact me if you would like to arrange layaway before the auction ends. I am quite flexible in my terms, so let me know if you need something other than what is mentioned here. I require 25% down within 1 week of end of auction. This amount is non-refundable if buyer does not follow through on making their payments as planned and no longer wants the doll. 3 equal payments are then due, 1 each 30 days for balance of purchase. If for some reason, you need to delay a payment, please let me know ~ this is generally not a problem, however I do not want to extend layaway's to longer than 3 months unless prior arrangements have been made.
