Greetings To All!.... Welcome to a very special auction!..... Presented for your consideration.... ALL ORIGINAL GERMAN ANTIQUE CHINA DOLL WITH ORIGINAL OWNER! LARGE DOLL HEAD with ORIGINAL PROVENANCE PICTURE OF " Cecil ? 18-- " Inscribed on the inside of shoulder plate with a number " 11 " in red. THE ADORABLE LITTLE GIRL ALONG SIDE HER DOLL. T HE PHOTO HAS BEEN PRESERVED IN ITS ORIGINAL GOLD GILDED ORANTE VICTORIAN DEEP GLASS FRAME. I suspect this treasure must have been truly loved and traveled from generation to generation. IN THE BACK OF FRAME IS A TYPED STORY OF CECIL 18-- ? I will not disturb the nails on the frame. You can clearly see a story about the child as typed about her & travels New World & Doll I could only make out so much on the delicate papier the blue typed papier is quite fascinating story. ( from a private estate collection ) Rare Treasures such as this are extremely to come by and very seldom found. A piece of history that has traveled to be shared & appreciated. The china doll has lost its china body as shown in photos but the doll head damaged has truly been many travels. The china doll has a middle part, sausage curls hairstyle Artistic Finely detailed Facial hand painted features.
