You are bidding on an Antique German Military WW1 Trench Fighting Mace Club. This amazing piece measures 22" long overall, with an old wood handle that's 1 ½" wide at its widest section, and a heavy metal head which measures approximately 3" wide. I've been told that this is a German WW1 trench mace, but while I've been able to confirm that it is, indeed, a trench mace, I have no way to be sure that it actually is of German manufacture. Both the handle and head look very old, with the wood handle showing a hairline grain separation that looks like it's been t a very long time (the wood is very solid and nothing is going to split or crack any further) and the head shows a nice old brownish patina. The head looks to be attached with a combination of a pin and some very old looking green epoxy like substance (see photos). Please see my photos below to have a look at this nice item. Winning bidder pays $24.00 shipping and insurance in the contiguous U.S. plus $2.00 for packing materials (bubble wrap) with shipping to Alaska and Hawaii most likely costing more (if you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me for a shipping estimate). Foreign bidders pay actual shipping read more
