This is an antique German Santa riding a reindeer candy container. Santa wears felt clothing with fleece trim. His head, hands, and boots are hand painted composition and he has a rabbit fur beard. He carries a little feather tree. Santa has a Made in Germany label on the bottom of his boot. Reindeer is covered with imitation fur and has wonderful metal antlers. He has glass eyes and his trappings are very detailed. The candy container is marked Germany. Reindeer measures 6" nose to tail and 5 1/4" to the top of his antlers. Santa measures 4 1/2". Both Santa and Reindeer are in excellent condition. *A delightful Christmas pair.*
