Antique Glass Table Top Dazey Butter Churn No 60 6 Quart.The glass Churn Jar measures 10 1/4" tall X 6 3/4" square. With the lid on the over-all height is 15". Embossed on the front of the glass Jar reads: Dazey Churn No 60 Patented Feb 14, 22 Dazey Churn & Mfg Co St Louis MO Made in USA. Marked on the metal top: Dazey 68B and an embossed Daisey flower. Large square glass Jar with a cast metal screw on lid. The metal top has a crank with a wooden handle on one side and a metal handle on the other. There are two gears that turn and rotate the wooden paddles on the inside. On the flat top is a removable screen for pouring out the liquid milk or whey but keeping the butter or cheese curds in. This is in Nice Condition with No chips, cracks, breaks or stains. The metal has appropriate wear for it's age. The glass has some scratches from use. This is still in good working condition for making butter. It is Excellent on display and would make a Great Addition to any Antique Country Kitchen or Primitive Collection.
