Large 19th century wide square cornered playing cards by Glenisson and Son, Turnout, Belgium, 51/52 - missing the King if Hearts, no joker - I'm not sure if one was issued. The cards measure 97mm x 67mm. Single way court cards and one-way pips. The back of the cards has a red design on pink background. The Ace of Spades is superb. The cards have not been played with so are in excellent condition - no tears, one card has a corner crease - the QH, one card has a bumped corner, and they're not soiled. The wrapper is falling to pieces and is missing some, but it is the original with a horse mounted knight on the front.
