Goerz - Berlin lens. Fine brass lens for plate camera f7.7 It is engraved as follows:- " J. Pillscher, 88 New Bond St., London, W. DOPPEL ANASTIGMAT F7.7 DRPA. C.P. GOERZ BERLIN. Series III No.2 F=180m/m. No.15625". The iris is marked from f7 to f384! I think that that would have taken a very long exposure on the plate! It is in very good condition - the brass has not been polished! About 8inch focal length .
