RARE ANTIQUE GPO WALL TELEPHONE (No 121) c1930 Description: This is a very old and collectable antique GPO wall telephone, being offered here exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get. It is believed to date from sometime circa 1930. There is some corrosion under one of the bell gongs as pictured plus some patches of missing varnish on the wooden case commensurate with age. Please judge the "well used" and "antique" condition for yourself from the plentiful photographs supplied above prior to bidding. I am no expert but this item is assumed to be relatively complete but not working. It weighs 3.3 kilos just as it is (prior to any packaging being added) so do please read the shipping info below as it will probably not be a viable option to ship this item outside of the UK. VERY heavy when properly packed (almost 4kg) so shipping overseas will be VERY expensive , possibly prohibitive.
