Antique Gruen 14K White Gold Watch. Appears to be 1920's but very difficult to date. Rectangular case 25MM x 15MM. Arabic Deco numerals with blue moon hands and floral etching around the outside. Sapphire Stem. Case marking is Gruen 14K Cincinnati 833/3 1167521. Movement reads 15 jewels 4 adj 1550036, Gruen Guild, Swiss. Linked band is not gold, Art Deco with an unusual ratcheting closure, marked J R Lance Quality Pat #2097055. Band is tiny, approx 4" and would need to be replaced to wear. Face has some spots of discoloration and crystal is scratched. Could not locate another of this model. Believe it is rare. Great find!
