A unique 7" tall (to top of stopper) EXTREMELY DEEP PURPLE fancy HANDBLOWN round antique FRENCH GUERLAIN perfume bottle with embossing and original glass stopper! Base embossed: GUERLAIN / ALCOOLIQUE BOTTLE MADE IN FRANCE Condition : Bottle in excellent condition except for some content hazing and a chip in the lip (see picture) which is mostly hidden by the glass stopper; glass stopper is in mint condition! Very unique with the original glass stopper in this round shape and advanced sun-colored-purple color. Generally speaking only glass made before 1914 will turn purple, this bottle's purpling was hastened by exposure to a high-intensity light source--but it is not an altered bottle as this color would have occurred naturally over time with exposure to the sun.
