Antique HAMILTON & JONES, GREENSBORO, PA 3 GALLON STONEWARE JUG, c. 1850s This is a good antique 3 gallon stoneware jug made by Hamilton & Jones of Greensboro, Pennsylvania, circa 1850s, or so. Jug is 17" high with a 7 1/2" diameter bottom, and it is nicely decorated in cobalt blue that is both stencilled and applied freehand. There is a small chip on the lip and a very small tight crack on the back at the bottom, both of which are pictured. There are also a couple of small glaze globs on the top front above the decoration and below the neck that are visible in the photos. This was just found in a New England estate. Shipping is calculated Priority mail within the US, and any insurance coverage is at the buyer's option and expense (required on most breakable items). There is a 14 day money back inspection period, and email for more information and payment details. Thank you._gsrx_vers_625 (GS 6.9.7 (625))
