This is a beautiful old Quilt top I believe to have been made sometime in the late 1800's or early 1900's.I have several quilt tops that came from the estate of a lady that passed away in in the 1970's and they have been stored since then.From what I understand some were made by her and some were made by her Mother.I don't know anything about Quilts but will do my best to describe it.It is hand stitched and it appears thet the back was stitched on as it was being made.The pieces are all different shapes and sizes.The front is in very good condition but the back has some age spots and yellowing..This quilt top measures 82" x 78". I will be glad to answer any questions.
