Steve's Lost Land of Toys Since 1990 Please read our Auction Policy below before bidding. Up for auction is a great Vintage Halloween WITCH CANDY CONTAINER stamped Germany with a tag marked HC CAPWELL and remnants of another that would have had the Original Price. The Original CAPWELL'S Department Store opened in Oakland California in 1889 and was rebuilt in 1912 and again in 1929. This one has a mix of Painted Paper and Cardboard on spring legs. The best part is watching her sway back and forth on her springy legs! She is wearing a material outfit and has what we belive to be a bisque or composition head and pipe cleaner arms with what we believe is her Original Broom. It measures approx. 8 1/2" tall and is in very good displayable condition with expected wear and a hat that has some damage and was repaired as shown.Shipping and insurance in USA will be $15.00.
