Hemming Bros. Cutlery "Fisherman" , Pat. Pending (New Haven, Conn) C. 1900-1924 4 5/8" Butterfly-style outdoor knife. Knife is equipped with a cutting blade, gut hook and serrated scaling blade. The handles which rotate off of the tang are one piece aluminum with fingergrooves. Copper or Brass ring and clip at the bottom which locks the piece open and closed. I am not a collector of knives, but did some research on this paticular knife and it does seem to be quite rare and sought after. The knife does have some rust, but considering it is 100+ years old, I would say it is in pretty good shape.
