This length of this wonderful antique textile measures 2.4 yards by 19 inches wide ~This wonderful Antique / vintage homespun, European hand-woven hemp/linen fabric ~*~ This textile dates from around 1900 , deep natural, green and a beautiful , dusty natural earthy red tone!!~ Stunning color combination! T~*~ ! The ground tone is a beautiful darker oatmeal tone~*~ ~ This textile was woven around 1900 and was woven to produce very heavy grain sacks. It is woven by hand and is pure European, homespun hemp ~ this is an unused length of this gorgeous fabric roll~*~ Wonderful dense, herringbone weave hemp runner roll. ~. So much natural texture~ this roll would be a feature in any room . Both ends of this lovely length are cut with no hem . ~*~ The texture is slightly coarse and stiff, and would lay well on a table, so this and would make a wonderfully decorative table runner~ very heavy weight!~ It would also be beautiful used as a stair runner, area rug, hall runner etc !~*~ because of the texture , I do not recommend machine washing this textile, and instead I recommend that it is dry cleaned ~( I've attached some photographs to the end to show some of the wonderful uses of these runner textiles! ~* ~) ( piece 24)CONDITION : This textile is in original , unwashed, as found condition.
