36 inch #3 Porter's Bolt Cutter Patent Oct. 18, 1892, made in Boston Mass. by the HKP Company Says that the #3 will cut a 5/8th inch bolt. The cutters weight 12 1/2 pounds and will be shipped the least expensive way you wish. The handles are askew, from use I suspect. I don't think that will lessen the operational ability of the cutters. It just means that they don't lay flat. The Jaw are in great shape without any visible nicks. The adjusting bolts, although I didn't try, appear to be free and movable. *I do my best to describe all items fairly and accurately.
