*ANTIQUE HORSE BRASS~RARE HAME PLATE WITH DETAILED HORSE HEAD* A delightful and rare antique hame plate, circa 1890. From a very respected collection. A beautifully detailed horse head in the centre with lovely expression. Complete with original back loops. Condition excellent, very minor harness wear marks which do not detract. Horse head with very minor lead bleed. Size 5.5 inches x 2.1 inches. If you are a collector of genuine horse brasses, as I am, please look at my other listings, you will find brasses that are hard to come by, I hope you enjoy looking at them. My brasses are carefully cleaned on the front before listing so that any imperfections caused by harness wear can be stated in my listings. Dirty brasses hide lots of imperfections such as staining and scratches. If they are on leather I clean and condition the leather , so you can be assured you will be delighted with your purchase.
