This Bank was designed by Charles Bailey for J.E. Stevens. ca. 1895 - 1920.It depicts an Indian sitting at his Teepee with a fish in his hands. When activated, a frog leaps from beneath the pond, lurching at the Indian in hopes of catching the fish. The teepee has wonderful details and has the embossed title and Indian relics on both sides on the lower part of the bank. There is a pond with small ducks and waterlillies that raise for the frog that jumps out. The bank measures 10" long x 6" high x 4" wide. There is a round plate on the bottom that is marked "Patent appl. for Feb 2, 1875. This bank is positively all original and in immaculate condition. Please note: ALL OF MY ITEMS ARE MARKED.
