Pouyat manufactured a wide variety of decorative porcelain objects.This listing is for an antique Jean Pouyat Limoges hand painted porcelain floral vase. It features a motif of hand painted daisy flowers and foliage in shades of yellow, green, and white set against cream and pale sky blue background.The front and back of the vase feature different motifs of hand painted daisies; the neck of the vase carries wide dark night ribbon with white pointillist raised details.The mold carries six feet on the bottom edge of the vase. The neck has been hand painted in gold gilt.The bottom of the vase carries the Pouyat mark as well as the embossed numbers 547 and 2.The vase is in excellent condition.There are no chips, cracks, flea bites, or repairs.The hand painted gold gilt embellishment on the edge of the rim is intact.Measurements:Height - 9 1/2"Width : 6 1/2"
