I have here a very old leather bridle. It appears to be a work bridle because it has Blinders on it. The really neat thing is as you can see it has a round button on it 1 3/4 inches in diameter marked U.S. I dont know the significance of it but I saw one of these on another website and it says its a U.S. Calvary button but i will let you the experts make that decision as i am NOT a expert and i make no claim that is what it is. The bridal is all together with all the buttons on it. The bit is in good shape and has no markings on it. There is one separation of the leather where the blinders come together at the top - one is broken . The bridal is not torn to pieces but it has been used. If you have questions please ask.
