This clock was from my father’s collection of antique clocks. He used to have a watch and clock retail and repair business, and kept this one for himself - but left the price tag on! Everything I write is in good faith, because I don’t know anything about clocks. From what I can tell, the people that might be interested in this clock probably already have a collection of German Lenzkirch wall or mantle clocks! I could not find anything about this specific clock and did not want to attempt to take it apart to find markings on the inside that might indicate the date. I have seen some information that says the company went out of business between 1929 to 1932. The pictures don’t do this clock justice...sorry. It appears to be stainless steel or maybe nickel plated. Size: About 2.5” wide and tall, and about 1.75” deep (not including keys and bezel protrusion). Condition: There is a small ding in the upper right corner of the case and a cluster of 3 bumps on the left case side. The clock winder and alarm winder keys are different, so I assume that one or both of them are not original. The alarm and clock set knobs are different too. So maybe one or both of them are not original. The gold-colored paint on the dial for some of the numbers is faded or missing.
