Antique "Little Mike" Microphone from 1931

With original box, instruction sheet and tube plates!

Up for auction is an antique "Little Mike" microphone made in 1931 by the Brooklyn Metal Stamping Company in Brooklyn, NY. Patent 1,790,636 was issued in 1931 for this microphone.

The cardboard "Tube Plates" allow you to connect this microphone to the tube radio and have your voice be "broadcast" on that radio. The microphone appears to be in excellent condition, but the cloth-covered wire seems to have a short in it. As stated earlier, this microphone comes in its original box with instruction sheet and tube plates.

This would be a great item to add to your collection or to give as a gift to your favorite vintage electronics collector!
