You are bidding on a lot of two antique boxes - a Victorian or Edwardian leather collar box in as-is condition, and an old (age unknown) very Arts and Crafts in feel Crawford's English biscuit tin with a fabulous graphic on the lid. The tin is octagonal in shape and has a hinged lid. The graphics are quite spectacular - that little central image looks exactly like a painting and frankly, I'm not sure exactly what technique was used to create it. On the plus side the patina is fantastic - very dark and very warm and it actually displays beautifully as a great primitive piece. Measures 7.5" in diameter by 3.5" high.
