Up for auction is a lot of eight (8) antique straight razors. The blades have been lightly cleaned but will need plenty of TLC to restore them to their original lustre. I will provide a description of each razor below identifying any flaws in order of the photos. Climax Razor. 5/8" x5 1/2" long blade (end to tip). The blade is pitted and discolored. The blade is engraved with "Climax" and has a flower like detail. The handle is black plastic and is split at the top pin. Torrey Close Shave. 11/16" x 5 3/8" long blade. The blade is discolored. The blade is engraved with "Close shave" and Torrey with a fishing rod emblem. The handle is cream colored celluloid and it is in good shape. G.H. Sheehan (?) Razor. 3/4" x5 1/4" long blade. The blade is discolored and has some pitting. The blade is engraved "Manufactured by G.H. Sheehan Sheffield". The hand is a tortoise shell plastic or Celluloid and is scratched and has a 1/4" crack. Frederick's Razor. 9/16"x 5 7/16" long blade. The blade is discolored. The blade is engraved with "Frederick's Celebrated Razor Sheffield" but some of the letters are mostly missing. The handle is amber colored celluloid and has a large chip near the lower pin. Rodger's & Sons Razor. 7/16" x 5 5/8" long blade. The blade is pitted and discolored.
