~ Antique Mah Jong box set: 146 dovetail tiles, 107 bones, 4 rosewood racks, dice, disc ~ -- High end set circa 1900s -- Vintage hardwood dovetail box in very good condition. The box is 8-1/2" long , 6 " deep and 5-1/2" high . -- Box contains five drawers of which one is original; the other four drawers are not original. -- Complete set of 144 fancy carved and dovetail tiles plus two extra tiles (jokers?)-- 107 bones/sticks are 3-3/4" long, 2 vintage bone dice, plus indicator (bakelite?) -- Four 16-1/2" rosewood racks ( one rack has a 1/4" long dent near one end [see photo #10] ). In response to one viewer's request, the tiles are: 0.77" wide; 1.10" tall; 0.55" deep. In response to another request I have added two photos -- #11 & #12 -- that show the "flower" tiles. (This is maximum close-up with camera in focus). Except for the four drawers that are not original, this set has a lot to offer . Satisfaction guaranteed.
