This hand-carved mahogany wood horse has the ears chipped and a large crack down the gut but otherwise in fabulous condition for it's age! Stands 24 inches to top of ears and the rocker is 23 1/2 inches wide. Some Watco oil or Old English Polish would make the chipped ears with an even color to the rest of the wood. The painted blanket is in excellent condition and very sound to the rocker and nailing of the horse to the rocker. The missing tail was apparently made of real horse hair. Living in horse country, I would have devised a tail but do not want to deceive in any way my listings. Winning bidder to pay shipping.
