This auction is for a gorgeous antique majolica pillow or boat vase. This is an older piece with a reticulated design on one side and embossed flowers shaped almost like a seashell. The predominant color is pink, with tones of green, gold, and sepia to highlight the pattern. This piece is in overall very good condition, it has some crazing that can mainly be seen inside, and several small hairline cracks on the edges, which can be seen in the images. It is marked underneath with an embossed stamp and several inscribe marks and what looks like 4958. We have not been able to identify this stamp, it looks like a bridge with possibly an eye shape over it. The piece measures 9.25 inches at the highest point, 11 inches long and 4 inches at the base.
