Im not sure what make this clock is,seems to be made up of different parts.The movement does not fit the original case holes. The movement is inscribed W m L Gilbert Clock Co. Pat June 3 1879 Im not sure if the dial is original to the case.Case is black iron with a marble finish .Don't know if movement works,t is no pendulum.The movement does turn and strike /gong when the hand is moved. Clock is 15" at base, 10" at top , 12 " high , weighs 20 lbs sold as is
